1. Minimum stay of 2 nights during normal weekends, longer during long weekends.
2. Accommodation is only provided on an advance booking basis.
3. A deposit of 50% is payable within 48 hours of confirmation of booking.
4. The balance of the fee is payable on arrival plus a refundable damages deposit of R250 per chalet.
5. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for any cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date.
6. Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit the whole deposit.
